Moon Phase Calendar – Month Long Project

1 November 2009 No Comment

Students will be given a moon phase calendar in a protective sheet – Monday – November 2nd.

Students bring moon phase calendar everyday to class. Students should try to observe the moon each night.

We will shade the moon phase each day in class for a month. Students should use a pencil. At the end of the project students will be responsible for labeling and writing a paragraph about what they observed as the month went by.

This will give students the opportunity to observe the Lunar cycle about 29 days.
